Welcome to Pre-K!
It has been an exciting first week of school. The boys and girls have been working hard on learning our classroom rules, expectations and getting to know new friends. :)
There are a few things that I need to remind you about. Please remember to check your child's cubby each night. We will send home daily notes, papers, artwork, etc.
The daily summary sheets are also located in your child's cubby. Please go over this with your child each day. If there is a sticker in the top right corner that means they had a great day. If there is not a sticker, please look at the bottom of the sheet for a note from me. I am not able to see every parent at pick up time so this is how I will communicate with you about your child's day.
*If you ever have any concerns, you can call me at school, email or stop by at any time! :)
If your child has an accident at school we will send home their dirty clothes. Please remember to send back clean clothes so we can refill their bag.
Monday and Wednesday: PE Day!
Tuesday and Thursday: Library Day!
The month of August will consist of learning and practicing good manners, independence, and positive thinking!
We have also started working on making the Sign of the Cross and Our Guardian Angel Prayer.
Our first Mass day will be on Friday, August 29th!!!! The 7th grade class will be our mass buddies this year! :)
This is going to be a wonderful school year and I can't wait to watch your child grow and learn!
